The APMD is a six-year investment in becoming a physician, one that combines your undergraduate education with WAUSM’s MD Program into a single, connected cost structure. Based on WAUSM’s published rates, here’s what the full pathway costs from start to finish.

This estimate includes the full six-year pathway, undergraduate tuition and living costs, WAUSM’s MD Program tuition, and the fees and estimated expenses that come with each. Your own total may vary based on your undergraduate partner university and personal circumstances.

How Pricing Works Across the Pathway

The APMD uses a progressive pricing model that evolves with each stage of the pathway:

Years 1–2

Tuition comparable to a US undergraduate program, set at your partner university.

Year 3

A transitional year as dual-credit medical coursework begins.

Years 4–6

Standard medical school rates for WAUSM’s MD Program.
