  1. Years 1–2

    Pre-clerkship in Freeport

    Learn medicine through clinical cases, small groups, simulation labs, and interprofessional sessions on our Grand Bahama campus.

  2. After Year 2

    USMLE Step 1

    Since our founding, our students have earned a 93% first-time pass rate on Step 1.

  3. Years 3–4

    Clinical clerkships

    Complete your core and elective rotations at our affiliated teaching hospitals in the U.S., with core rotations also offered at Doctors Hospital in Nassau, the Bahamas.

  4. After graduation

    Residency

    Every one of our students who participated in the 2026 NRMP or CaRMS match attained a residency position.

Finished your bachelor’s degree? Start the direct-entry MD. Graduating from high school? The Accelerated Pathway to MD (APMD) gets you a bachelor’s degree and an MD in six years.
