Dr. Wesley Francis currently serves as the VP of Surgical Services at Doctors Hospital and most recently served as the Chief of Surgery at Princess Margaret Hospital from 2019-2022. Dr. Francis received his MBBS from the University of the West Indies. During his Residency and Internship, he was Chief Administrative Surgery Resident and Categorical General Surgery Intern at Wayne State University / Detroit Medical Center. Dr. Francis completed his Fellowship in Surgical Oncology at Tom Baker Cancer Centre in Canada and received his Executive MBA in Health Sector Management and Policy from the University of Miami.
