Dr. Siddiq Hasan received his medical degree from the Chicago Medical School. He is currently the chief of surgery at Jackson Park Hospital and the clinical chairman of surgery at the International American University of the Caribbean. In 2004, Dr. Hasan received the Service Excellence Award from Provena St. Joseph Medical Center.
