Dr. Natalie Gray is a pharmacology educator and academic leader with a demonstrated record of advancing student achievement, curricular rigor, and institutional performance. Across medical, pharmacy, and undergraduate education, Dr. Gray has led data-driven initiatives that improved student examination outcomes, stabilized course difficulty metrics, and contributed to a marked increase in first-time NAPLEX pass rates. An expert in neuropharmacology and integrated pharmacotherapy, Dr. Gray designs NBME- and USMLE-aligned assessments and directs coursework that aligns foundational science with clinical reasoning.

Complementing academic leadership, Dr. Gray is a community-centered educator committed to health promotion and patient safety. Through interdisciplinary training and quality improvement initiatives, Dr. Gray reduced adverse drug events, expanded pharmacy services in underserved settings, and led vaccination education efforts that resulted in substantial increase in immunization uptake among vulnerable populations. Dr. Gray holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree, advanced training in neuroscience, and actively contributes to institutional and state-level committees focused on curriculum development, professional standards, and public health advancement.
