Dr. Frank Zappa received his DPM from Illinois College of Podiatric Medicine. He is affiliated with Saint Anthony Hospital, St. Joseph Hospital, and Norwegian American Hospital. Dr. Zappa is a member of the Association of Hospital Podiatrists, Phi Alpha Phi Fraternity, Illinois Podiatric Medical Association, and American Podiatric Medical Association.
