Dr. Farooq Ahmed has been working as a solo practitioner since 2009 and manages two practice locations with privileges at hospitals in the Chicago area. He earned his MBBS from University of Health Sciences, India. He completed his internship and residency in Family Medicine at Conway Medical Center and completed his fellowship in Geriatrics at Metro Health Medical Center. Dr. Ahmed is a member of the American Medical Association (AMA) and American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP).
