Alyssa K. Eason, EdD, earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, FL, and her Master of Science in Human Resource Management and Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Her professional experience spans 18 years in higher and medical education, academic operations, student services, financial aid, administrative systems, and cultivating professional growth and development opportunities.

She was a founding member of Nova Southeastern University’s (NSU) Dr. Kiran C. Patel College of Allopathic Medicine, where she played a pivotal role in establishing and strengthening the college’s infrastructure and ensuring that administrative functions ran smoothly during the LCME accreditation process. Her focus on diversity and inclusion contributed to retention and enrollment outcomes that placed the college among the highest percentages of underrepresented students for a new U.S. medical school in 2020 and 2021.

Dr. Eason’s academic background anchors her commitment to enhancing organizational culture and building sustainable, student-centered processes. She is passionate about empowering others, cultivating inclusive learning environments, and creating pathways that support both student and employee success.
