MAPP is a one-semester program; those who pass promote to WAUSM for Semester 1 of medical school.
*WAUSM encourages all students to have a comprehensive health insurance plan, although
this is not a requirement for the MAPP program. Students may continue coverage under
their parents’ insurance (if applicable, coverage ends when they turn 26), secure a policy
independently, or choose to purchase the University’s health insurance plan.
