Previous to WAUSM, Dr. Roger Dilts enjoyed successful tenures at Sonoran University, where he served as basic science chair, and Saba University School of Medicine. Prior to this, he worked at Amylin Pharmaceuticals where the team developed the first-in-kind GLP-1 agonist for Type II diabetes, as well as Symlin for Type I diabetic patients.
Dr. Dilts is passionate about facilitating student success through creating confidence in a student’s ability to control their own outcomes by doing the work and creating self-awareness.
